Jeni + Jon = Wed!

You may recognize these 2 from Jeni + Jon = Engaged. No?  Why are you not keeping up with this blog?  No excuses!   Well, if you still want to hear about these pics, I’m going to share.

This couple had a simple but beautiful wedding on a golf course in Carmel, IN.  For those from Louisville, people may refer to that as north Indianapolis.  Its not though.  It’s a gorgeous little town with the second worst idea for exiting roads (behind only Tom’s River, NJ – as far as places I’ve driven).  I’m not certain that previous sentence made sense, but it made more sense than their roads.  Anyways, not only did the picture perfect couple have a picture perfect day, they had the best best {not a stutter} man toast I’ve witnessed.

dbone – represent: (shot not well, as I was not expecting this…at all)

I’m still thinking about starting a rap battle with this guy, but we’ll see how busy my schedule is.  In the meantime, enjoy the pics:

Holly + Anthony = Engaged!

This post should be titled “In the nick of time.” We had originally scheduled these photos to be taken on 4 separate dates that were all rained out, but we persevered. We finally got together to make this magic the week before the actual wedding (which will be posted soon as well). I don’t know if the person who named Keeneland Racetrack appreciated the name, but it was definitely a keen-land to take pictures! Bazinga! Seriously though, 2 more super nice people, I’m not sure how I’m getting so fortunate with these people whose weddings I get to shoot but judge for yourself.

Enjoy!

Sheri + Austin = Wed!

So, if you keep up with my Facebook, you’re probably wondering why this blog hasn’t been updated lately. And that is exactly the reason. Facebook has become the quick and easy way to get my art (I know, I know, I’m laughing too) on the interweb without coming up with a clever story to go with it. So, after a couple of months, here is my clever story for the Dillmans’ wedding.

This one really blew me away, literally. I have never been to such a blustery ceremony, I kept waiting for THIS to happen. But…it didn’t. The wind did nearly blow over my videographer, Hank, as well as wreak havoc on the seats. That didn’t stop this fine looking folks from getting together though. They pushed the craziness aside and danced the night away as husband and wife with some fun, but probably dangerous dancing (I’m going to be a great dad!).

Plus, a huge shout out to Carla at the Community Life Center for keeping this day rocking and rolling.

Enjoy the pics:
